I heard this layout (rose) had some issues with various browsers, so I went through each of them and updated the CSS to handle them properly. I got rid of the floating fade at the top, stopped the logo from floating as well, and arranged things so IE can understand the PNG files I use. (alpha transparency hack) I guess you could consider it housekeeping.
